Lindt Iberia is seeking a Customer Category Specialist to act as a strategic consultant to Key Account Managers and retail partners, using data to optimize the 4Ps and ensure Lindt’s premium portfolio meets shopper needs.

In this role, you will merge market data with retailer data, develop category growth plans, support JBP meetings, and lead shelf-level category management projects using data-driven planograms.

Qualificações

• 3 years of experience in Category Management or Shopper Insights within the CPG industry.
• Experience working with major retailers and understanding their KPIs and data platforms.
• Track record of influencing retail buyers through data-backed category stories.

Responsabilidades

• Integrate market-level data with retailer data to identify growth levers for each account.
• Develop and implement category growth plans for key retailers based on shopper and loyalty data.
• Provide analytical support for Joint Business Planning (JBP) meetings.
• Lead end-to-end Category Management projects at shelf, including data-driven planograms.
• Identify distribution gaps and build business cases for new listings.
• Analyze shopper path-to-purchase to optimize touchpoints from digital catalogs to in-store placements.
• Evaluate promotional effectiveness and optimize trade spend.
• Monitor competitor execution at the customer level and spot opportunities.
