Nestlé Business Solutions (NBS) in Braga/Lisbon, Portugal, is hiring a Cash Collection Specialist - French Speaker. Reporting to the Cash Collection Lead Specialist, you will manage due and overdue balances to maximise On Time Payment across customers, while delivering strong service.

This hybrid role requires English and French proficiency, solid Excel skills, and a proactive approach to communication, problem solving and process improvements, with opportunities to develop across Nestlé markets.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or similar.
• Proficiency in English and French.
• Strong Excel/Office skills.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• High Customer Service skills.
• Able to propose improvements.

Responsabilités

• Manage due and overdue balances on customer accounts to maximise On Time Payment.
• Notify markets of uncollectable debt risks and mitigate where possible.
• Collection activities based on Market Collection Strategy.
• Respond to incoming collection concerns from customers and internal stakeholders.
• Focus on Customer Service, ensuring good communication to identify and resolve problems.
• Analyse KPIs on quality of services and present during DORs.
• Participate in KPI trends and root cause analysis of mistakes/errors.
• Execute identified business and internal controls of Collections processes.
• Review and propose updates to Standard Routines due to legal or process changes.
