GlobalProcure is seeking an experienced Carpenter to join the team in Almada, Portugal. This is a full-time position with a monthly salary of 1400 USD and includes visa and ticket benefits.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, cutting and shaping lumber, and constructing window frames, doors, stairs and built structures. You will install cabinets, floors and trim, ensure high-quality work, inspect and repair where needed, and collaborate with other team members on larger projects.

Qualificações

• Experience as a carpenter or similar role.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Physical fitness to lift heavy materials and work outdoors.
• Good problem solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

We are in need of an experienced Carpenter to join our team in Almada.

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month and includes free visa and ticket.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints drawings and sketches to determine materials required and the best approach to complete the project
• Cut shape and smooth lumber and other materials according to measurements using hand tools or power saws
• Build window frames doors staircases and frame buildings by using raw materials or pre-constructed items
• Install structures such as cabinets shelves flooring trim work etc
• Ensure all work is done accurately and meets high-quality standards
• Inspect and repair damaged furnishings or structures
• Collaborate with other carpenters or contractors on larger projects

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Proficient in using hand tools saws hammers as well as power tools drills
• Good understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of installation
• Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
• Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting

Preferred

• Certification in carpentry or related field
• Experience working on construction sites
