Qualificações

• Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role.
• Ability to read blueprints/drawings and use measuring tools accurately.

• Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and work in varying weather conditions.
• Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Portuguese is a plus.

Profession Carpenter City Almada Portugal We are currently hiring a skilled Contract Carpenter to join our team in Almada Portugal As a Contract Carpenter you will be responsible for constructing installing and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood or other materials This is a contract position with no accommodation provided

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to determine materials required and plan the sequence of tasks
• Measure cut shape and join materials according to specifications
• Install structures and fixtures such as windows frames floorings and trim using hand or power tools
• Inspect and repair damaged or rotted structures
• Ensure all work is completed according to safety standards and building codes
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions when necessary

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role
• Ability to read blueprintsdrawings and use measuring tools accurately
• Proficient in using handpower tools for cutting shaping and joining materials
• Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
• Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills

Salary

We offer a salary of 1300$ per month based on experience and skills
