Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications
• Measure and mark cutting lines on materials
• Cut, shape and smooth lumber and other materials according to measurements
• Install structures such as window frames, floorings and trim using hand or power tools
• Repair existing structures or fixtures as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and regulations on job sites

Requirements

• Previous experience in carpentry is preferred but not required
• Must be able to legally work in Almada with own visa or work permit
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Physically fit to lift heavy materials and work on feet for extended periods of time
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
