Job summary

Boeva Tech in Porto, Portugal is hiring a Customer Support Advisor (French-speaking) to be the first point of contact for customers managing their car rental experience. You will handle bookings, billing inquiries, and guide users through available options, contributing to a high-quality brand experience.

Working Monday to Friday, 08:00–19:00 in rotating shifts, you will join an international, multicultural team.

Qualifications

• French C2 level is mandatory
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• 1+ years of Previous Contact Centre or Customer Service experience (preferred)
• Customer-oriented mindset with a problem-solving attitude
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts and a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in customer support or hospitality is a plus, but not required

Your Mission

As a Customer Support Advisor (French-speaking), you will be the first point of contact for customers managing their car rental experience. Your role is key in ensuring smooth booking processes, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering an exceptional service experience across all touchpoints.

You will combine problem-solving, communication, and commercial awareness to support both customer satisfaction and business growth.
