The role involves preparing financial models, market research, and client-facing presentations, with exposure to deals and communication with banks and investors. English fluency is required; other languages are a plus.

The Capital Markets team at CBRE supports clients throughout the full investment cycle, from acquisition to divestment, as well as in M&A and Debt Advisory processes involving real estate assets. We combine deep financial expertise with a broad understanding of the real estate market across all asset classes.

We are looking for a Consultant to join our team providing support across sectors, clients, and transactions while gaining exposure to strategic decision-making, business plans, proposals, presentations and meetings with clients, banks, and investors.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

You will play a key role in supporting investment and divestment processes, preparing analyses, materials and insights that drive client decisions in real estate transactions.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Preparing and analyzing financial models, valuation exercises, business plans and strategic plans for real estate investments.
• Conducting market research, gathering and interpreting sector data for different asset classes.
• Preparing presentations, proposals and marketing materials for investors, clients and financial institutions.
• Participating in commercial engagement with investors, clients and banks.
• Supporting transaction processes, both buy-side and sell-side, throughout their full lifecycle.

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

• Degree in Management, Finance, Economics or Architecture.
• 2+ years of professional experience in real estate (preferred), consulting, corporate finance, investment banking or similar areas.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical and quantitative skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks autonomously and proactively.
• Strong planning, organization, and attention to detail.
• Intellectual curiosity, initiative and enthusiasm for learning.
• Strong communication skills and team spirit.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written); Spanish and/or French is a plus.
• Strong computer skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to independently build financial models and business presentations.
