EDP Renewables in Lisbon is seeking a risk management professional to support the company's financial risk activities, including monitoring exposures, preparing reports, and coordinating with Finance, Trading, and Legal teams for risk mitigation and efficiency improvements.

The role requires a proactive, highly organized individual with strong Excel and analytical skills and the ability to work in a hybrid environment.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare recurring reports, analysis and presentations on financial risk exposures and hedging activities.
• Monitor FX mismatches and support hedging proposals.
• Maintain databases related to counterparties, business allocation, trading documentation and internal controls.
• Support ISDA negotiations, onboarding of counterparties, KYC processes and legal documentation.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Middle Office and Back Office to ensure timely completion of operational activities.
• Assist in audit requests, regulatory reporting and internal documentation.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve reporting tools.
• Build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and external counterparties.

What you will do

Thecandidatewill focus onsupporting the company's financial risk management activities, including foreign exchange, interest rate, and counterparty risk. The candidate Will helpmonitorandanalyserisk exposures, prepare reports that support decision-making, and coordinate with teams across Finance, Trading, Accounting, Legal, and other business areas. They will also manage risk-related documentation and databases, support onboarding processes, and contribute to initiatives that improve operational efficiency and risk management practices.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor FX mismatches (including USD and EDPR Shared Facilities) and support the preparation of hedging proposals;

• Basic understanding of accounting topics and tax structures
