HI FLY is a leading widebody aircraft wet lease specialist operating worldwide, with an Airbus fleet of A330 and A340.

The wet lease business market is very demanding, and airlines are increasingly opting for wet lease solutions as they are found to be reliable, safe, and efficient. For that reason, Hi Fly fleet is steadily growing with new widebody additions in the coming months.

Considering the forecasted growth, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cabin Crew Training Assistant to join our team.

Cabin Crew Training Assistants play a vital role in the organization and coordination of all training-related activities within the Cabin Crew Department. They ensure that training records are up to date, logistics are efficiently managed, and all regulatory and internal requirements are fulfilled. This role requires attention to detail, excellent organization skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. A strong sense of initiative and the ability to support both operational and training teams are essential for success in this position.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the training program approved by aviation industry authorities;

• Plan, coordinate, and ensure the validity and compliance of the cabin crew training program;

• Maintain and update individual training records and documentation;

• Liaise with national and international aviation authorities;

• Monitor and ensure compliance with aviation training-related legislation.

SOME OF OUR REQUIREMENTS:

  • University degree in relevant field;
  • Professional experience in administrative roles;
  • Professional experience in the aviation industry (preferred);
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools;
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken (mandatory).
