Job summary

Hexa Consulting, based in Portugal, is seeking a Senior .NET Developer to join a long-term project for a leading financial services organization. You will design and implement microservices-based architectures using C# and .NET/.NET Core, work with Apache Kafka and SQL databases, and collaborate in Agile teams in a hybrid Lisbon environment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of .NET development experience, strong communication skills, and English proficiency (B2+).

We are looking for a Senior .NET Developer with:

• 5+ years of professional experience in .NET development;
• Strong experience with C# and .NET/.NET Core;
• Experience designing and developing Microservices-based architectures;
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka;
• Strong knowledge of SQL databases;
• Experience working in Agile environments;
• Good communication skills and a proactive mindset;
• English proficiency (B2 level or higher).

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes;
• Experience withcloud platforms (AWS or Azure);
• Knowledgeof Design Patterns and Software Architecture best practices.
