Decskill, part of the Astek Group, is seeking a Mid C++ Developer for a hybrid role in São João da Madeira, Portugal. You will contribute to embedded software for consumer/industrial electronics and collaborate with global teams across Portugal, India, and the United States.

The position emphasizes modern AI-assisted coding, code quality, and continuous improvement, with opportunities to grow technically and professionally within a people-first culture.

Qualificações

• At least 3 years of experience as a C/C++ Developer.
• Background in consumer or industrial electronics.
• Hands-on experience with embedded systems development.
• Experience with embedded Linux (custom OS environments).
• Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, MQTT).
• Understanding of security concepts (SSL/TLS, authentication, encryption).

We would like to meet a Mid C++ Developer for a project with a hybrid working model in São João da Madeira (Aveiro), Portugal (2x/week at the office).

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or similar.
