Pixida Portugal is seeking a software engineer to design and develop high-quality solutions using C++ and C#. You will build scalable applications, contribute to software architecture and system integration, and ensure reliable performance through testing, troubleshooting, and continuous optimization.

Collaborate with our automation team (PLC, SCADA engineers) to deliver robust software products while maintaining code quality and documentation.

Qualificações

• Several years of experience in C++ and C# developing.
• Experience working in agile teams and international remote setups.
• Familiarity with software testing, debugging and documentation.

• Improve our products with solution analysis, development, and integration; create concepts for future developments of existing systems.

Join our team and play a key role in designing and developing high-quality software solutions using C# and C++. In this position, you will build and enhance scalable applications, contribute to software architecture and system integration, and ensure reliable performance through testing, troubleshooting, and continuous optimization. Working closely with our industrial automation team (PLC, SCADA engineers), you will deliver robust software products while maintaining high standards of code quality and technical documentation.

Tasks

• Take responsibility for developing new products or major features using the latest technologies and methodologies.
• Improve our products with solution analysis, development, and integration
  Create concepts for future developments of existing systems.
• Advance and foster our culture of best practices, clean code and testing in our development processes.
• Participate in our SCRUM team.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in C++ and C# developing.
• PLC (TIA, PLCSIM Advanced) and/or SCADA (WinCC OA) nice to have.
• Proper skills in telecommunication profiles: TCP/IP, OPC UA, AMQP (RabbitMQ).
• Experience with agile work in an international remote team (AzureDevOps / Jira).
