Airbus Portugal SA is seeking an entry-level Procurement professional to support supplier data and purchase orders. The role involves working with SAP MM and Airbus tools in a hybrid setting at Parque das Nações, Lisbon.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure data integrity, and contribute to digitalization of procurement processes while travelling up to once a month to core Airbus locations.

Qualificações

• 1–3 years of experience in procurement or equivalent operations.
• Proficiency in SAP MM is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Ability to adapt to Airbus procurement tools (E2E) and Google Workspace.
• Fluency in English in an international environment.
• Willingness to travel up to once a month.

Responsibilities

• Maintain supplier information and pricing data within SAP MM (Materials Management) and other Airbus procurement tools.
• Generate and monitor Purchase Orders to ensure on-time, - quality, -cost delivered goods and services.
• Support the procurement organisation in managing Data Integrity in Procurement Tools.
• Support buyers with contract management and administration.
• Manage the electronic storage and archiving of contractual documentation using Airbus internal tools.
• Initiate and follow up on recurring supplier inputs and required actions.
• Address ad-hoc requests to meet urgent customer requirements and event needs.
• Maintain proactive, two-way communication with strategic buyers across central procurement commodities.
• Drive innovation and digitalization by deploying state-of-the-art procurement processes and tools.

Candidate Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in Procurement or an equivalent background in administrative operations.
• Demonstrated proficiency in SAP MM (Materials Management) is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on administrative and support tasks.
• Ability to quickly adapt to Airbus E2E Procurement tools (e.g., SAP, E-Proc, Skywise) and proficiency in Google Workspace.
• This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company's success, reputation and sustainable growth.
• Result-oriented mindset with a strong dedication to customer satisfaction.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluency in English, enabling effective collaboration in an international environment.
• A collaborative team player, comfortable working in remote and multicultural settings.
• Willingness to travel (up to once a month) to core Airbus locations in France, Germany, Spain, and the UK.
