Tekever is seeking an experienced procurement and engineering professional to lead the sourcing of hardware components for a growing unmanned aircraft program. You will manage supplier negotiations, tender processes, and supply agreements while driving cost efficiency and quality.

We require a minimum of 10 years in procurement or engineering roles within industrial sectors, and fluency in Portuguese and English (C2).

Qualificações

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Procurement and/or Engineering roles in industrial or production sectors.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced command of Portuguese and English (C2).
• Proactive, dynamic, and with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Advanced knowledge about electronics, specifically PCBA and harnesses/cabling.
• Extensive contact with suppliers and internal clients following up order status.
• Negotiation and management of purchases, tenders for the acquisition of materials and services; proposal analysis, and preparation of recommendations based on results obtained.
• Negotiation and management of supply agreements.
• Market research to identify and select potential suppliers.
• Review and follow up on purchase requests for materials and service execution.
• Research alternative suppliers to reduce costs, improve quality and service, and optimize processes.

What Will Be Your Responsibilities

Profile And Requirements

• Minimum education: High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in areas such as Management, Electronics, Mechanics or similar;
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Procurement and/or Engineering roles (preferably in Industrial or Production sectors);
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability;
• Results-oriented mindset;
• Language requirements: Advanced command of Portuguese and English, with proven proficiency at C2 level in both languages;
• Proactive, dynamic, and with strong interpersonal skills.
