Dellent is seeking a Business Intelligence/Data Science professional to join a Porto-based team on a hybrid model. You will lead BI initiatives, model data, build dashboards, and partner with stakeholders across the business to turn analytics into action.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in a similar role, a degree in a related field, and fluency in English. You will work on innovative solutions within investment banking and financial services, with ongoing training, and a collaborative,

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• More than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience as a Technical Lead, Lead Data Engineer, or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong experience with Power BI, including data modelling, dashboard development, and reporting.
• Experience promoting and integrating AI tools and practices to improve team productivity and delivery.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English.

We are looking for a Business Intelligence/Data Science to work in this project in Porto (Hybrid).

Main Technical Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field;
• More than 3 years of experience in a similar role;
• Proven experience as a Technical Lead, Lead Data Engineer, or in a similar leadership role;
• Strong experience with Power BI, including data modelling, dashboard development, and reporting;
• Experience promoting and integrating AI tools and practices to improve team productivity and delivery;
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams;
• Ability to drive technical decisions, foster innovation, and support the continuous evolution of the team's capabilities;
• Fluent in English.
