A Dellent está a recrutar um Data Analyst para integrar um projeto em Porto, numa posição híbrida. Procuramos alguém com forte experiência em Power BI, DAX e SQL, capaz de desenhar soluções de end-to-end para o ambiente de investment banking e serviços financeiros.

Qualificações

• 3–6 anos de experiência profissional.
• Experiência avançada em arquitetar e implementar soluções Power BI end-to-end.
• Conhecimento profundo de DAX (contexto de avaliação, time intelligence e performance).
• Habilidades avançadas em SQL (CTE, joins complexos, window functions).
• Conhecimento em data warehousing, metodologia Kimball (Star Schema, Fact e Dimension tables).
• Mentalidade proativa de aconselhamento, capaz de desafiar solicitações de negócio.
• Forte capacidade de resolução de problemas para traduzir necessidades financeiras em requisitos técnicos.

Dellent is a consulting company focused in System Information and Telecommunications. Our goal is to help our candidates and consultants to take a step forward in their careers through projects that meet their needs and expectations. This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, that currently has its technological hub in Portugal and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business. We are looking for a Data Analyst to work in this project in Porto (Hybrid).

Main Technical Requirements:

• Between 3 and 6 years of professional experience;


• Deep, senior-level experience in architecting and deploying end-to-end enterprise Power BI solutions;


• Master-level knowledge of DAX (expert in evaluation context, time intelligence, and performance tuning) and complex M/Power Query transformations;


• Expert-level SQL querying skills (performance optimization, complex joins, CTEs, and window functions) for data extraction and preparation;


• Deep theoretical and practical expertise in data warehousing concepts, specifically Kimball methodology (Star Schema, Fact and Dimension tables);


• A proactive, advisory mindset-the ability to constructively challenge business requests to deliver the best possible analytical product rather than just executing specifications;


• Strong problem-solving skills to translate ambiguous financial business needs into structured, scalable technical requirements;


• Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken) to operate fluently in an international and multicultural banking environment.
