A Noesis procura profissionais para atuar como Business Analyst com foco em pagamentos ou sistemas financeiros críticos. Será responsável por recolher, analisar e documentar requisitos de negócio, traduzi-los em especificações funcionais claras e apoiar a definição de regras de negócio e SLAs.

É essencial experiência com APIs, mensagens e sistemas baseados em ficheiros, bem como prática ágil (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe) e ferramentas Jira/Confluence.

Qualificações

• Licenciatura em área relevante com experiência em negócios e tecnologia.
• Experiência comprovada como Business Analyst em pagamentos ou sistemas financeiros críticos.
• Capacidade de produzir especificações funcionais claras e documentação.
• Compreensão de dados e conceitos de integração (APIs, mensagens, ficheiros).
• Conhecimento de práticas ágeis (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) e ferramentas Jira/Confluence.
• Valorizada experiência em blockchain ou soluções de carteira digital.

Responsabilidades

• Recolher, analisar e documentar requisitos de negócio de partes internas e externas.
• Definir regras de negócio, SLAs/SLOs, cenários de exceção e reporting regulatório/operacional.
• Preparar e manter documentação funcional incluindo casos de uso e fluxos.
• Definir critérios de aceitação, apoiar elaboração de testes e pilotos de utilizadores.

Descrição da Função

Noesis is looking for professionals with the following profile:

• Gather, analyze and document business and regulatory requirements from internal and external stakeholders, translating them into clear specifications for technical teams


• Support the definition of business rules, SLAs/SLOs, exception scenarios and regulatory/operational reporting


• Prepare and maintain functional documentation including use cases, process flows and business manuals


• Define and validate acceptance criteria, support test case elaboration and participate in user and participant pilots


• Foster continuous communication between business and technical teams, clarifying requirements and managing expectations

• Degree in Computer Science or similar


• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in payments or mission-critical financial systems


• Strong ability to produce clear functional specifications and documentation


• Understanding of data and integration concepts (APIs, messaging, file-based systems) to communicate effectively with technical teams


• Familiarity with agile development practices (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and related tools such as Jira and Confluence


• Experience with blockchain or digital wallet solutions will be valued


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities across business and technical domains
