Qualificações

• Formação em Ciências da Computação, Sistemas de Informação ou área relacionada.
• Mínimo de 3 anos de experiência como Business Analyst com Azure DevOps.
• Experiência comprovada em gathering, análise e documentação de requisitos.
• Mentalidade analítica e crítica, com foco na qualidade e consistência de requisitos; experiência em Retail/Customer Loyalty é vantagem.
• Inglês fluente (escrita e fala).

Responsabilidades

• Participar na adoção e implementação do Azure DevOps dentro da equipa Loyalty Solutions.
• Recolher, analisar e definir requisitos de negócio relacionados com Azure DevOps.
• Colaborar com equipas multifuncionais para alinhamento e implementação bem-sucedida.
• Assegurar que requisitos se traduzam em especificações funcionais claras e estruturadas.

Noesis is looking for professionals with the following profile:

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

• Participate in the Azure DevOps adoption and implementation project within the Loyalty Solutions team
• Gather, analyze, and define business requirements related to the use of Azure DevOps
• Support the design and implementation of processes, workflows, backlogs, user stories, and best practices within Azure DevOps
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams beyond the Loyalty Solutions domain to ensure alignment and successful implementation
• Ensure business requirements are translated into clear, structured, and high-quality functional specifications, adapting the solution to business needs

Profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with solid hands‑on experience in Azure DevOps
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation, with the ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements
• Strong analytical and critical mindset, ensuring the quality, consistency, and completeness of business requirements; experience in Retail and/or Customer Loyalty environments is a plus
• Fluent English skills (written and spoken)
