The role emphasizes BI and ERP improvements, senior stakeholder influence, and delivering actionable insights to enable growth and value creation.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Controlling positions.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI tools (Power BI or Tableau).
• Fluent English is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a strategic business partner to Sales, Marketing, Product Development and Operations teams.
• Analyze commercial performance and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.
• Drive pricing strategies and profitability improvements across products, projects and customers.
• Monitor sales mix, margins and key business drivers to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, business planning and ROI analysis activities.
• Support international growth initiatives through financial evaluation and performance tracking.
• Contribute to the enhancement of reporting capabilities and management information.
• Play an active role in BI and ERP transformation projects, helping improve data quality, visibility and decision-making.
