About The Role

As a Business Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial performance of a business unit or department, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives. Based in our Porto office, Portugal, the role involves budgeting, forecasting, and analysing profitability, costs, and operational KPIs. Acting as a strategic partner to management, the Business Controller provides insights and recommendations to support decision-making, investment planning, and cost optimisation. They prepare financial reports, monitor performance against targets, and ensure compliance with corporate policies, fostering financial discipline and contributing to sustainable business growth.

Key responsibilities
