Muehlhan Wind Service in Porto, Portugal, is seeking a Business Controller to oversee financial performance of a business unit. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and KPI tracking as a strategic partner to management.

Based in the Porto office, you will prepare reports, ensure compliance with policies, and provide actionable insights to support investment decisions and cost optimisation across the unit. Join a global renewable energy team.

About the role

As a Business Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial performance of a business unit or department, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.

Based in our Porto office, Portugal, the role involves budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing profitability, costs, and operational KPIs.

Acting as a strategic partner to management, the Business Controller provides insights and recommendations to support decision-making, investment planning, and cost optimisation. They prepare financial reports, monitor performance against targets, and ensure compliance with corporate policies, fostering financial discipline and contributing to sustainable business growth.

Key responsibilities

The role covers a number of key areas, including but not limited to the following:
