Thales Portugal, Paço de Arcos, is seeking a Business Controller to join the Finance team. You will support management in strategic decision-making through financial planning, performance analysis and business control, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive accurate reporting.

The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, month-end activities, profitability analyses by project and unit, and delivering actionable insights to improve profitability and efficiency across the organization.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Controlling, Audit or a similar finance-related role.
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with Power BI and Oracle is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
• Proactive, collaborative and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of controlling processes, reporting tools and operational efficiency.
