Multipessoal is recruiting a Business Controller for a multinational company that manufactures medical devices for intimate care located in Felgueiras, Portugal. The role requires overseeing manufacturing accounting processes and collaborating with various departments to ensure efficient operations.

Ideal candidates will hold a Master's Degree in Accountancy or Finance, possess significant experience in financial controlling, and demonstrate high proficiency in English and Excel. A competitive salary and benefits package is included.

We are recruiting a Business Controller for a multinational company that manufactures medical devices for intimate care.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for manufacturing accounting process of the site;
• Daily sparring partner for production organization (inventory controllers, value stream managers, material/production planners, etc.);
• Analysis of manufacturing variances, Production settlement and reporting;
• Participation in month-end closing and preparation of monthly reporting, variance analysis;
• Monitoring of the stock-take process and drive cost price update yearly cycle process;
• Cooperation with Business Centre, HQ controllers and other production sites.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related field;
• Experience in financial controlling at a multinational manufacturing company;
• High level of English;
• Extensive knowledge of MS Excel spreadsheet software and MS PowerPoint; BI reports;
• Strong ability to understand how business operates;
• Experience working at manufacturing companies; to have an experience at a medical device manufacturing company is a plus;
• Ability to analyze and interpret data;
• Creative and decisive problem-solving skills;
• Must be able to maintain/establish strong relationships across the organization.
