Visagio Group is hiring a Business Consulting & Management – Project Specialist in Portugal. You will work across consulting engagements, implementation projects, and transformation initiatives, supporting clients from diagnosis to solution implementation and operationalisation.

You will participate in analyses, interviews, and data consolidation, contributing to diagnostics and the implementation of recommendations that generate tangible business impact.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
• Ideally up to 4 years of professional experience in business, technical, project management, strategic, or transformation-related roles.
• Strong analytical skills and structured problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to organize information, interpret data, and support development of business recommendations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including designing executive-level materials.

Responsabilidades

• Develop quantitative and qualitative analyses to support decision-making.
• Support the structuring and execution of project workstreams.
• Participate in interviews, discussions, and information-gathering initiatives.
• Contribute to process mapping and redesign initiatives, focusing on efficiency and simplification.
• Help develop hypotheses for analysis and build action plans to support implementation.
• Participate in the implementation of solutions with clients, monitoring performance indicators.
• Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Prepare executive-level materials and presentations with clarity and objectivity.
• Ensure quality, consistency, and organization across project deliverables.

Responsibilities and assignments
