What you’ll do:

Conduct gap analysis, process mapping and data analysis to identify improvements;

Create clear documentation (BRDs, functional specs, user stories) and facilitate workshops;

Support project delivery, participate in UAT and ensure solutions meet business needs;

Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices.

What you will need to bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus);

Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst;

Strong experience in requirements gathering, process mapping and business process reengineering;

Proficiency in business analysis methodologies and tools (Agile, Waterfall, UML);

Knowledge of banking products, regulations, and compliance requirements (highly desirable);

Fluent French and English (spoken and written – mandatory);

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently;

Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements;

Availability to work in a hybrid model in Porto or Lisbon.
