Air Liquide Europe Business Services (ALEBS) was created in 2019 in Lisbon, Portugal with the mandate to provide financial services for Air Liquide European entities. In the space of 4 years, it has expanded to over 400 employees based in 3 office locations: Lisbon, Tomar and Guarda. The geographical scope was extended to include, besides the European affiliates also entities located in Africa, Middle-East and India, and the operational scope was extended and includes today not just Finance, but also Human Resources. The Total Rewards Experienced Analyst plays a key role in collaborating on Employee Shareholding operations, while maintaining a broad view of the European Rewards landscape. Along with supporting shareholding efficiency, compliance, and data integrity, this role offers valuable exposure to wider Rewards topics. The Analyst will also assist with regional Pay Transparency processes and partner with other Rewards topics (such as International Mobility and Compensation & Benefits) to help identify operational efficiencies. The Analyst will act as a vital liaison, collaborating with internal teams (e.G. Individual Shareholders, HR Business Partners, Compensation & Benefits COE, Finance, Legal) and external stakeholders (e.G. Uptevia, payroll vendors) to streamline workflows, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement within the operational and HR landscape.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an operational support role, HR administration, HR Shared Services, or a similar analytical position within a complex organization (exposure to Compensation or Benefits processes is a plus).
