Decskill is expanding and seeking a Business Analyst with strong SQL skills to join the BPCE SI team working on Lease Applications. The role focuses on gathering requirements, functional analysis, and data validation in a French-speaking context.

You will map as-is/to-be processes, write SQL queries, and support testing, QA, and documentation in French, while collaborating with French-speaking stakeholders and ensuring quality deliverables.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst or Data-oriented Consultant.
• Strong hands-on SQL skills: joins, subqueries, filters and aggregations.
• Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping and testing.
• French B2 minimum, written and spoken.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Experience working with French-speaking stakeholders.
