Qualifications

• Experience as BA in Salesforce projects.
• Knowledge of Commercial Order Management and/or Omnistudio.
• Experience in functional documentation.
• Client-facing profile with good communication.
• English level at least B2+.
• Nice to have: Telco experience.
• Salesforce technical knowledge.
• Salesforce Certifications.
