A KCS iT procura um Business Analyst para atuar em formato híbrido no Porto, com sede em Portugal. O candidato ideal possui mais de 4 anos de experiência em IT, competências fortes em levantamento de requisitos, SQL, documentação e comunicação em inglês.

Qualificações

• Exige pelo menos 4 anos de experiência como Business Analyst em IT.
• Conhecimento de SQL e análise de negócios.
• Capacidade de levantamento de requisitos com stakeholders.
• Alinhamento de projetos com objetivos de negócio.
• Documentação de requisitos com user stories e casos de uso.
• Experiência com especificações e documentos funcionais.
• Fluência em inglês; francês é um plus.

Responsabilidades

• Analisar necessidades de negócio e identificar problemas para melhorar eficiência.
• Gerir levantamento de requisitos com stakeholders de negócio.
• Assegurar que projetos estejam alinhados com objetivos de negócio.
• Documentar requisitos usando histórias de usuário e casos de uso.
• Produzir especificações e documentos funcionais.

Type of position: Hybrid in Porto or Lisbon

The amazing you, will have:

• At least +4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT;
• Analyzing business needs, identifying problems and recommending solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness;
• Previous experience with SQL;
• Handle requirements gathering with both business stakeholders;
• Ensure that projects are aligned with business objectives.
• Documenting requirements objectively, using techniques such as user stories and use cases;
• Experience in specifications and functional documents;
• Fluency in English;
• Fluency in French (is a plus).
