emagine is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join an international Core Banking environment, focusing on payments and banking operations. You will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, translating requirements into functional specs and supporting projects from analysis to deployment.

In this role you will collaborate with offshore and distributed teams, lead workshops, and drive UAT, test strategies, and defect validation to ensure successful project outcomes in a Private Banking

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in IT or related field.
• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proven experience with distributed and international delivery teams.
• Strong experience within Payments environments.

Responsabilidades

• Gather, analyze, refine, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, use cases, and user stories.
• Lead workshops, brainstorming sessions, and requirement gathering activities.
• Collaborate with technical teams to define Product Detailed Specifications (PDS).
• Coordinate and facilitate meetings between business and IT stakeholders.
• Support project estimation activities and project planning.
• Prepare test strategies and test plans.
• Execute functional testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Validate defects and support post go-live activities.
• Support clients throughout all project phases.

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong experience in Payments and Banking Operations to join an international Core Banking environment.

The consultant will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, gathering and translating business requirements into functional specifications while supporting projects throughout their entire lifecycle, from analysis and design to testing and deployment.

This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, project teams, technical experts, and offshore teams to deliver Core Banking solutions within a Private Banking environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, refine, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, use cases, and user stories.
• Lead workshops, brainstorming sessions, and requirement gathering activities.
• Collaborate with technical teams to define Product Detailed Specifications (PDS).

Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in IT or related field.

• Strong experience within Payments environments.
