A leading consultancy company is seeking a Senior Business Analyst in Porto. The role involves implementing financial interfaces and supporting project management within the banking sector. Ideal candidates will hold a Master’s degree in finance and have at least 3 years of relevant experience. This position allows for remote work twice a week and provides a supportive onboarding process and training opportunities.

Qualificações

• 3 years of proven experience in the BUSINESS ANALYST field.
• Passionate about GENERAL ACCOUNTING and initial experience in the SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST profession in the BANKING industry.

• Design, develop and implement financial interfaces between operating systems and finance systems.
• Handle functional solutions of financial interfaces for reporting.

Responsibilities

• To ensure projects of the roll-out of the One Financial System (OFS), in line with the global strategy of the Finance function.
• Design, develop and implement the financial interfaces between the operating systems of Businesses and the Finance systems.
• Ensure the implementation of the remediation plans applicable to financial interfaces.
• Handle the functional solutions of financial interfaces, that feed the main reporting streams (financial accounting, management accounting, liquidity, and credit risk).
• FIP Portugal unit is organized in 3 main teams in charge of the projects according to their functional perimeters:
  • FIP Capital Markets products
  • FIP Banking Products for Corporate Banking
  • FIP Banking Products for Retail Banking

Qualifications & Requirements

• 3 years of overall professional experience in relevant areas: banking or accounting or finance.
• Master’s degree in accounting / finance.
• You have 3 years of proven experience in the BUSINESS ANALYST field.
• You are passionate about GENERAL ACCOUNTING and have initial experience in the SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST profession in the BANKING industry.
