Wire IT, based in Portugal, seeks a Business Analyst Lead Expert for a hybrid Lisbon role. You’ll lead requirements elicitation, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement for SAP FS-CD and SAP Finance modules, with strong knowledge of the insurance sector.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in business analysis, a proven delivery record on complex initiatives, and excellent communication skills to translate needs into solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field; Certified Business Analyst
• Minimum 7 years in Business Analysis, including delivery of complex initiatives
• Strong SAP FS-CD (Collections and Disbursements) and SAP Finance knowledge
• Solid knowledge of the insurance sector
• Extensive expertise in business analysis, process improvement, and project delivery
• Proficiency with data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools
• Demonstrated capability in complex problem analysis and solution definition
• Proven expertise in communication, requirements facilitation, and stakeholder engagement

Required skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field Certified Business Analyst or equivalent certification
• Minimum 7 years of expertise in Business Analysis, including delivery of complex initiatives
• Strong practical expertise in SAP FS-CD (Collections and Disbursements) and SAP Finance modules
• Must have Solid knowledge of the insurance sector
• Extensive expertise in business analysis, process improvement, and project delivery Proficiency with data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools
• Demonstrated capability in complex problem analysis and solution definition
• Proven expertise in communication, requirements facilitation, and stakeholder engagement
