Job summary

Okwin ищет младшего бизнес-аналитика для международного проекта в Лиссабоне. Ваша задача — сбор требований, создание документации и участие в тестировании в Scrum-среде. Будете взаимодействовать с англоязычными стейкхолдерами и заказчиком из Ирландии.

Требуется 1–3 года опыта, знание Jira/Azure DevOps/Confluence, высшее образование и высокий уровень английского. Гибридный формат работы в офисе Лиссабона.

Qualifications

• Опыт работы 1–3 года в роли бизнес-аналитика, тестера или аналогично.
• Умение собирать требования и проводить функциональный анализ.
• Опыт функционального тестирования / QA приветствуется.
• Знание Agile (Scrum) и инструментов ТМС.

Responsibilities

• Сбор и анализ требований с заинтересованными сторонами.
• Подготовка функциональной документации и user stories.
• Определение критериев приемки и тест-кейсов.
• Поддержка в тестировании и UAT, взаимодействие с клиентами.

Our client is a highly established multinational company that has been operating in Portugal for over 25 years in the Information Technology sector. As part of an ambitious growth plan in the European market, it aims to strengthen its team with a Junior Business Analyst to join an international project.

• Gather and analyse requirements with stakeholders
• Prepare functional documentation and user stories
• Define acceptance criteria
• Support the definition and validation of solutions
• Carry out functional tests and create test cases
• Record, track and manage defects (bugs)
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) with the client
• Ensure alignment between requirements and deliverables
• Actively participate in meetings with an international client (in English)
• Communicate directly with an international client (Ireland)
• Participate in meetings in English
• Present and validate requirements and solutions

Требования:

• Experience: 1 to 3 years as a Business Analyst, Tester or in a similar role
• Functional analysis and requirements gathering
• Functional testing / QA (practical experience valued)
• Agile methodologies (Scrum)
• Tools: Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence or similar
• Test management and functional documentation
• Bachelor's degree in Management, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or similar fields
• Advanced English (spoken and written), essential for collaboration in an international environment
