Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Manage the complete lifecycle of requirements from initial specification to final delivery for end users


• Manage workshops and interviews to elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements


• Translate high-level needs into functional and technical specifications, including User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Process Maps


• Manage and prioritize the product backlog against the MVP


• Analyze current business processes and design efficient future-state workflows


• Identify bottlenecks, gaps, and opportunities for automation or digital transformation


• Act as the primary bridge between business units and IT/Development teams


• Manage stakeholder expectations regarding project scope and timelines


• Present complex technical findings to technical and non-technical audiences


• Own the testing lifecycle, including test strategies, complex IST scenarios for data flows and APIs, and regression testing


• Manage the full defect lifecycle and ensure requirements are validated by end users


• Analyze data ecosystems to investigate quality issues and identify root causes of inconsistencies


• Use data-driven insights to validate business assumptions and measure implemented solutions

Требования

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Management


• More than 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar IT role


• Professional experience in referential administration, data management, and databases


• Experience gathering and documenting requirements using User Stories, Use Cases, and Business Rules


• Expert knowledge of process modeling with BPMN or UML


• Advanced knowledge of Agile methodologies, backlog refinement, sprint management, and MVP prioritization


• Deep knowledge of the testing lifecycle, including complex Integration System Testing for APIs/interfaces and User Acceptance Testing


• Experience with defect management and full traceability from requirements to test cases


• Strong understanding of application architecture, system interfaces, data flows, and integration patterns


• Ability to analyze data quality and ensure consistency across multiple referential data sources


• Proficiency in ALM Octane, Jira, and Confluence


• Fluent in English
