Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join an international Risk Stress Testing team responsible for delivering and supporting solutions for Credit Risk, IFRS9, regulatory capital and stress testing. The team works on high-visibility regulatory and internal projects, collaborating closely with business stakeholders and developers to define, test and implement new solutions within an Agile environment.

Professional Experience & Main Tasks

• Understand and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for Risk Stress Testing solutions.
• Work closely with Risk business teams, developers and other stakeholders throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Define, specify and execute functional and acceptance testing for new developments and system evolutions.
• Participate in the production and validation of official stress test results.
• Provide functional support to end-users, investigating issues and ensuring the smooth operation of the solutions.
• Contribute to projects related to Credit Risk, IFRS9, Basel regulations, capital, RWA and regulatory stress tests.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of risk calculation engines and dedicated user interfaces.
• Ensure solutions meet regulatory requirements, deadlines and business constraints.
• Contribute to the maintainability, scalability and operational efficiency of the applications.
• Develop a transversal understanding of the products, processes and systems within the Risk Stress Testing perimeter.
• Previous professional experience as a Business Analyst/Functional Analyst/Functional Expert within Credit Risk, IFRS9, Basel regulations or Stress Testing is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Risk Management and financial risk processes.
• Proficiency in SQL is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Python is mandatory.
• Knowledge of PySpark is a plus.
• Knowledge of Dataiku is a plus.
• Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus.
• Previous experience in banking or financial services is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical teams.
