• Relevant professional experience in business analysis in at least one of these sectors: pension funds, banking, insurance, or investment fund management companies
• Experience analyzing and gathering functional requirements in financial contexts
• Ability to understand and work with financial concepts related to pension funds and capital markets investments
• Knowledge of actuarial calculations and economic and financial concepts
• Ability to interpret business needs and translate them into clear functional requirements for technical teams
• Experience interacting with business stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams
• Analytical skills, critical thinking, and good communication
• Portuguese nationality is mandatory
• Будет плюсом: Experience in projects related to pension funds or investment management, in-depth knowledge of financial products and capital markets, experience preparing functional documentation, User Stories, business processes, and workflows
