Job summary
KCS IT is seeking an experienced Business Analyst for Banking in a hybrid Lisbon setup. The role requires 5+ years in business analysis, with banking/financial services experience and strong Agile/Scrum knowledge. You will translate business needs into epics and user stories, drive data modelling efforts, and support UAT/FAT activities in a dynamic environment.
Fluency in English is required, and the candidate must be based in Portugal to work hybrid in Lisbon.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related subject.
- 5+ years of experience.
- Proven professional experience as a Business Analyst.
- Experience within banking or financial services environments.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong experience in requirements elicitation and requirements engineering.
- Ability to translate business requirements into epics, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Experience with business process analysis and data modelling.
- Experience supporting UAT/FAT activities.
- Knowledge of release management and production support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and facilitation skills.
- Fluency in English.
- The candidate has to be in Portugal - hybrid position in Lisbon.
