KCS IT is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join their IT consulting team in Porto or Lisbon with a hybrid work model. The role focuses on analyzing business needs, gathering requirements, and delivering solutions aligned with strategic objectives.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in IT BA, strong SQL, and fluent English. French is a plus. The position offers opportunities to work with diverse clients and remote/hybrid project options.

The amazing you, will have:

• At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT;
• Analyzing business needs, identifying problems and recommending solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness;
• Previous experience with SQL;
• Handle requirements gathering with both business stakeholders;
• Ensure that projects are aligned with business objectives.
• Documenting requirements objectively, using techniques such as user stories and use cases;
• Experience in specifications and functional documents;
• Fluency in English;
• Fluency in French (is a plus).
