Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience in banking domain is preferred.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into functional specs.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Translate requirements into clear functional specifications for IT teams.
• Support UAT planning, execution, and sign-off with users.
• Create and maintain business and functional documentation.
• Participate in solution design discussions with IT and business units.
• Facilitate communication between business and IT to ensure project success.
• Support process improvement initiatives and organizational change.
