Prime Nearshore is seeking a Business Analyst to join an international banking project. You will bridge business stakeholders and IT, translating requirements into functional solutions. You will support process optimization and transformation in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

The role emphasizes gathering requirements, documenting specs, and collaborating with cross-functional and international teams to deliver value for clients and the business.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Banking sector experience is preferred.
• Strong requirements gathering and process analysis skills.
• Ability to write functional specifications and business documentation.
• Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validation processes.
• Knowledge of banking operations, products, and processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work across cross-functional and international teams.
• Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail.

• Produce and maintain functional documentation, including business and functional specifications.
• Participate in solution design discussions with technical and functional teams.
• Contribute to testing activities, including test preparation, execution, and validation of delivered functionality.
• Provide support to business users and back-office teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist in investigation and resolution of functional incidents and user-reported issues.
• Monitor requirements implementation and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Facilitate communication between business and IT teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to operational efficiency.
