Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, BPO, or similar roles.
• Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate online content such as posts, comments, videos, and advertisements.
• Ensure content complies with platform policies and community standards.
• Identify and flag inappropriate or harmful content.
• Investigate user reports related to abuse, harassment, or policy violations.
• Provide assistance to users through chat or email when required.
• Work closely with internal teams to maintain content quality and safety.
• Stay updated on moderation guidelines and platform policies.

Skills

Fluent Brazilian Portuguese (C1 level or native)

Good English skills (B2–C1)

Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills

Excellent written communication skills

Good typing speed (minimum 30 WPM with high accuracy)

Awareness of online culture and social media environments
