Jobtailor is seeking a senior Brand Manager to lead multi‑platform brand strategy for our original IPs across games, comics, podcasts, and digital assets.

You will own the brand lifecycle from pitch to live ops, manage external partners, collaborate with Creative, Narrative, Production, Social, and Community teams, and shape campaigns that expand awareness and engagement across the IP universe.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in brand, IP, or franchise management in entertainment, games, or media.
• Proven ability to lead multi‑platform storytelling and brand development from concept to execution.
• Strong sense of tone, audience, and positioning for diverse media.
• Excellent project management with clear reporting and cross‑functional coordination.
• Clear communicator with high emotional intelligence and cross‑cultural fluency.
• Understanding of IP law, licensing models, and brand protection strategies.
• Data‑driven thinker who translates insights into strategy.
• Passion for narrative and world‑building.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and execution of brand strategies for original IPs across media and formats (games, comics, podcasts, digital assets, physical goods).
• Own the brand lifecycle across pitches, launches, live ops, and ongoing growth.
• Manage external creators, agencies, and production partners to deliver content aligned with brand tone and goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Creative, Narrative, Production, Social Media, Community) to ensure a unified identity across channels.
• Work with marketing teams to craft campaigns that expand awareness and deepen engagement across each IP’s universe.
• Design go‑to‑market and release strategies that treat the product as storytelling, merging brand and narrative into a cohesive experience.
• Conduct brand health checks: audience insights, performance reviews, and campaign retrospectives, translating data into pivots.
• Stay ahead of trends in gaming, media, tech, and culture; track new platforms for IP expansion.
• Coordinate with legal to safeguard IP and manage licensing to protect long‑term value.
• Foster a collaborative, forward‑thinking, globally minded culture that values ideas and execution.
