Jobtailor is seeking a growth-focused influencer marketing specialist in Portugal. You will manage partner relationships, expand our influencer network, and drive sales while strengthening brand credibility.

You’ll recruit, onboard and collaborate with creators across channels to deliver engaging content that converts. You will analyze campaign performance, optimize for ROI, and partner with local and global marketing teams to align with business goals.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and optimize partner relationships in-country and grow the influencer network.
• Recruit and onboard new influencers through multiple channels, ensuring strong brand fit and engaging content that drives customer action.
• Negotiate and manage contract structures with partners to ensure profitability and long-term value.
• Analyze content and performance data to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize for maximum ROI.
• Collaborate with local and global marketing teams and agencies to align with business goals and maintain a high-performing partner ecosystem.
