EDP is seeking a Brand & Communications Assistant to join the Brand & Communications Networks unit in Lisbon. The role supports the brand team on communication projects, coordinates with agencies and suppliers, and ensures brand identity is applied across materials.

It also provides operational support for materials, events and content, and assists in organizing project files. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Marketing or Communications, has at least 3 years in branding/communications,

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• 3+ years in branding, marketing or communications in corporate or agency settings.
• Excellent written Portuguese and good English.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook and Teams.
• Experience with design review using Adobe Illustrator preferred.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools and supporting audiovisual productions is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Support the brand team in managing communication projects from briefing to delivery.
• Coordinate with agencies, production companies and suppliers, tracking timelines and deliverables.
• Ensure brand identity is applied correctly across materials.
• Respond to routine brand-related requests from internal departments.
• Help organize project files, materials and documentation.
• Provide operational support for initiatives, events and content.
