Job summary

NextPartners is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative in Braga, Portugal to promote and sell our products to new and existing customers. You will identify leads, present solutions, and negotiate contracts to drive revenue.

We offer training, development, and a target-driven environment with a monthly base salary and commission. Fluency in English is required, and visa sponsorship is available for non-EU citizens.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a business degree is a plus.
• Previous sales experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Valid work permit for Portugal (visa sponsorship available for non-EU citizens).
