Qualificações

• Proven experience as a Personal Trainer or Fitness Instructor.
• Strong knowledge of fitness principles, techniques, and nutrition.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• Ability to motivate and inspire clients.
• Attention to detail in tracking client progress.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Preferred: Degree in Exercise Science or related field.
• Additional certifications such as group fitness or specialty training (e.g. yoga, Pilates).

Responsabilidades

• Develop customized workout plans for clients based on their individual needs and goals.
• Lead group fitness classes such as cardio, strength training, and yoga.
• Provide support and motivation to clients during workouts.
• Monitor progress and make adjustments to workout plans as needed.
• Educate clients on proper form and technique to prevent injuries.
• Maintain a clean and safe workout environment.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and incorporate new techniques into workouts.
