Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g. MS Project).

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Obtain necessary permits and approvals
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to review plans and ensure compliance with regulations
• Select contractors and subcontractors for each project
• Monitor progress of construction work and address any issues or delays promptly
• Ensure quality standards are met through regular inspections
