Job summary

FutureHire in Braga, Portugal invites a Construction Project Manager to lead complex building initiatives from inception to handover. You will coordinate design teams, manage schedules and budgets, and supervise on-site execution to ensure quality and safety.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, with at least 5 years of PM experience and a proven ability to read blueprints and manage multiple projects concurrently. Accommodation is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager.
• Proven track record managing multiple construction projects.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from conception to completion.
• Develop project schedules and budgets, and ensure that they are adhered to.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Oversee and monitor the progress of construction work on-site.
• Ensure that all work is completed according to quality standards and within agreed timelines.
• Manage project documentation and contracts.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns or issues.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
