Responsibilities include planning and coordinating projects, developing timelines and budgets, reviewing contracts, supervising subcontractors, and ensuring compliance

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and techniques.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient in project management software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working with diverse teams.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and coordinate construction projects from start to finish.
• Develop project timelines, budgets, and schedules.
• Prepare and review project contracts and proposals.
