Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Biochemistry or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong professional proficiency in English, minimum C1, to provide detailed feedback in English.
• 3+ years of experience in biochemistry research or related scientific work.
• Deep understanding of proteins, enzymes, metabolism, nucleic acids, and biochemical techniques.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI Training Content: create prompts and gold-standard biochemistry answers across metabolism, enzyme kinetics, protein structure, and more.
• Optimize AI Performance: evaluate and rank AI outputs for accuracy, reasoning quality, terminology, and clarity.
• Ensure Model Integrity: detect unsafe or misleading content and validate reliability across life-science use cases.
